Returns and exchanges

We want your set to fit. If it doesn’t, you have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it.

Free first size exchange

Your first size exchange is free. Reply to your order confirmation email or write to info@nuori.store and we’ll arrange it.

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. This includes your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days under EU law.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tag attached. You can try them on as you would in a shop.

Return shipping costs €4.95, which we deduct from your refund. Return address: [return address in Spain].

We refund the items you return within 14 days of receiving them or your proof of shipment, to your original payment method. If you return your whole order, we also refund the original standard shipping cost.

Faulty or wrong items

Every item has a 3-year legal guarantee. If something arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, write to us and we’ll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, shipping included.

How to start a return or exchange

Reply to your order confirmation email or write to info@nuori.store with your order number. To withdraw from your purchase, a clear statement by email before the 14 days end is enough.
